Prices
All prices at Aksa the label I/S are listed in Danish kroner, inclusive of VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices daily without prior consent. Availability of items is subject to change.
Payment
Aksa the label I/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will be debited from your account only when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Aksa the label I/S aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 pm on the same day, with later orders dispatched the next business day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping costs start from 35 DKK. Items will be delivered to the address specified at checkout.
We do not deliver abroad or to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
Your items will be sent via DAO.
Note: If there is no space at the collection point, the package will be moved to the nearest location, and you will be notified. For any issues, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on all weekdays. You can expect your item to arrive 1-3 business days after ordering.
Certain items may have specific delivery terms, which will be detailed before purchase.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacture. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover errors or damages due to improper handling of the product/service. You must claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Aksa the label I/S will cover return shipping costs within a reasonable extent.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Refunds
For refunds, please provide your bank details, including registration and account number, so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be shared safely via email or other electronic formats, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to process your refund.
Right of Withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased from our webshop.
The period begins from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the last item in physical possession in a single order delivered in parts.
- You receive the last batch or part in physical possession when an order is delivered in multiple batches or parts.
- You receive the first item in regular deliveries over a specific period.
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You must notify us within 14 days of the purchase if you wish to withdraw, and from the date of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the shipment. Notification should be sent via email to info@aksathelabel.com, where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item, please fill out the enclosed return slip and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return once the seal is broken.
- Items that, by nature, are inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Services already provided, if service delivery began with the consumer’s explicit prior consent, acknowledging that the right of withdrawal ceases upon full service delivery.
- Digital content not delivered on physical media if execution began with the consumer’s prior explicit consent, acknowledging that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.
- Public auction purchases.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
You must return your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. When returning, ensure the item is properly packaged. Include a copy of the order confirmation, and the process will be faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.
You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Item Condition Upon Return
You are liable only for any reduction in the value of the item due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you may test the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used, meaning you may receive only part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return. To receive the full purchase amount, test the item without actually using it.
Refunds
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you paid to us back. Any reduction in value, for which you are liable, will be deducted from the purchase amount.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to choosing a more expensive delivery method), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you provide documentation for having returned it.
